1. Information we collect

We may collect name, Saudi mobile number, account credentials, appointment details, visit address and location when requested, service preferences, customer notes, payment references and support communications.

2. How information is used

• Creating and securing customer accounts.
• Scheduling, confirming and managing appointments.
• Processing payments, cancellations and refunds.
• Providing support, operational notices and service improvements.

3. Service providers

Data may be processed by contracted infrastructure, authentication, hosting, communications and payment providers only as required to deliver the service. Full card details are not stored in the TOAB JOKH portal.

4. Security and retention

Access controls are used to separate customer and management records. Information is retained only for operational, accounting, dispute and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

5. Customer choices

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the secure customer portal. Some records may be retained where required for transactions or legal obligations.
