These terms govern use of jokh.store, TOAB JOKH customer accounts and appointment services.تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام jokh.store وحسابات عملاء ثوب جوخ وخدمات المواعيد.
1. Customer accounts1. حسابات العملاء
Customers must provide accurate information, protect their password and use their own mobile number. Activity performed through an authenticated account is treated as authorised by that customer unless promptly reported.يجب على العملاء تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحماية كلمة المرور واستخدام رقم جوالهم. يُعامل النشاط المنفذ من خلال حساب موثق على أنه مصرح به من العميل ما لم يتم الإبلاغ عنه فوراً.
2. Appointments and availability2. المواعيد والتوفر
Appointments are subject to displayed availability. Regular eligible appointments confirm after required payment. TOAB JOKH Express requires management approval before payment. A confirmed reference is evidence of the appointment.تخضع المواعيد للتوفر المعروض. تتأكد المواعيد العادية المؤهلة بعد الدفع المطلوب. يتطلب ثوب جوخ إكسبرس موافقة الإدارة قبل الدفع. يعد مرجع التأكيد دليلاً على الموعد.
3. Prices and payments3. الأسعار والمدفوعات
Booking fees are displayed in Saudi riyals before confirmation. Garment prices, alterations, delivery and optional express-tailoring charges may be invoiced separately. No charge is complete until confirmed by the payment provider.تُعرض رسوم الحجز بالريال السعودي قبل التأكيد. قد تصدر فواتير منفصلة لقيمة الثياب والتعديلات والتوصيل وخدمات التفصيل السريع الاختيارية. لا تعد عملية الدفع مكتملة حتى يؤكدها مزود الدفع.
4. Cancellations and refunds4. الإلغاء والاسترداد
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the published Cancellation & Refund Policy. A paid appointment is not cancelled merely by submitting a request; its status changes after review and, where applicable, payment-provider processing.تخضع الإلغاءات والاستردادات لسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد المنشورة. لا يُلغى الموعد المدفوع بمجرد تقديم الطلب؛ تتغير حالته بعد المراجعة ومعالجة مزود الدفع عند انطباق ذلك.
5. Acceptable use and changes5. الاستخدام المقبول والتغييرات
Customers must not misuse accounts, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent payments. TOAB JOKH may update services, prices and policies prospectively; the terms displayed at the time of booking apply to that booking.يجب على العملاء عدم إساءة استخدام الحسابات أو العبث بالتوفر أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو تقديم مدفوعات احتيالية. يجوز لثوب جوخ تحديث الخدمات والأسعار والسياسات مستقبلاً، وتطبق الشروط المعروضة وقت الحجز على ذلك الحجز.
